James Wilkerson: How does alcohol and/or drugs factor into college sexual assault?

James Wilkerson is a native of New Albany, Indiana. He holds his master's degree from Bellarmine University. He also holds a Bachelors in English and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville. While in law school, Wilkerson founded Greek Law as a student government project that developed sexual assault education directed specifically for fraternity and sorority members. Wilkerson would combine his personal experiences as a fraternity man, with elements of the law to deliver lectures that were not only educational, but also captivating, entertaining and practical. Wilkerson currently serves as Indiana University Southeast's Director of Staff Equity and Diversity as well as their Deputy Title IX officer. He is a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon board of advisors for the Omicron Sigma chapter in New Albany. He was also named on of Louisville Business First's "20 People You Should Know in Law" in 2020.
