This week’s WorkL Happiness Podcast meets brothers; Jamie and George Oyebode who - alongside demanding day jobs - set up a Music Festival and creative engagement platform. Both are in aid of charities very close to their hearts and to pursue their passion for creative intrigue and giving individuals a voice.What started as casual conversation over a beer has grown into an annual music festival supporting grassroots talents, established performers and charities such as RNLI & Mind. A global pandemic did not stop these two - sparked by an emotional reaction to the BLM movement last year, the live festival has diversified into @the_soulstice_collective an engagement platform designed to celebrate music, art and culture whilst raising awareness and driving societal change.
