He was a healthy happy little boy who had just taken his first steps, but little Jamie Cowey's life was cut tragically short when he contracted meningitis. He died in 2004 at just 9 months old. Now his parents, who are from Tullyally, have added their signatures to an 800,000 strong petition for the meningitis B vaccine be given to ALL children under 11. The jab is currently offered to children in the first year of their life. The issue will be discussed in Parliament later today. Jamie's mum Emma has been speaking to our reporter Anna Quigley..
