Jan Gooding, Stonewall chair

Jan Gooding has had one of the most storied careers in advertising — working at Ted Bates where the hit show Mad Men was based on. She has not only paved the way for other women in the industry but also has been at the forefront for LGBTQ community as the chair of LGBTQ rights charity Stonewall. She is also the chair of audience measurement body PAMCo and is the president of the Market Research Society.
