Biography of Jan Somers: Jan started his career working for the British Army as a civilian workstudy/management services practitioner. In 1991 Jan decided to become a self employed consultant-coach-trainer. He succesfully attended extensive training courses on personal and executive coaching, change management, neuro linguistic programming, reauthoring narrative work, community life competence development, appreciative inquiry, MBTI, and other subjects related to leadership, personal and organisational development. Jan is a very passionate art photographer and poet. Further, he is the founder of the internationally co-creative United Noses for wisdom and peace photography project. Jan has a mission to facilitate the very best version of the individual, the team, the organisation to emerge ! He brings an appreciative and strengthbased eye to every assignment he takes on.
