Over the years she has worked as a model, wrangler, construction worker, and chef, eventually finding her calling in regenerative practices that support both Mother Earth and personal well-being. Janel holds a PhD in Soil Science and is also a classically trained chef with more than 20 years in the hospitality industry. Through her work as a kitchen coach and mentor, she helps people reconnect with food, health, and the environment while embracing a more sustainable and nourishing way of living.
