- Janet was diagnosed with RA after the birth of her first child - Because she wanted to have another child, she was put on prednisone - It worked well for alleviating the pain, but after the birth of her second child she eventually started with Methotrexate - As brain fog and tiredness increased, Janet tried a protein drink for more energy, but rashes came out and joints started flaring up - It turned out it was psoriasis, and she went on cutting proteins from her diet - She searched through the internet and found the Paddison Program and decided to start with it - After some problems with stopping drugs too abruptly, she's been able to gradually reduce drugs - She's now drug-free since more than a year
