Janette’s TV: Miku Martineau – Canadian Teen Actress Starring in #1 Rated Netflix Movie “KATE”

At 17, French Canadian & Japanese actress Miku Martineau made her acting debut along Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Woody Harrelson in the top-rated Netflix movie “KATE” playing the character Ani. Janette caught up with the young starlet in Toronto at Liquid Media’s Tiff event to talk about the movie in which skilled assassin (Winstead) who uncharacteristically blows an assignment targeting a member of the yakuza in Tokyo has 24-hours to exact revenge on her killers. During this time, she forms an unlikely bond with the teenage daughter of one of her past victims (Martineau).  How did Miku land this role that has been deemed anti-Asian and how has it changed her?  Janette’s TV & Podcast Channelshttps://www.janetteburke.com/janettestvandpodcast Support Us On Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/janettestv?fan_landing=trueJanette’s TV & Podcast T-Shirts & Sweatshirts Merch: https://www.janetteburke.com/merch  Websitewww.janetteburke.com  Janette’s Sponsor Spotlight Packagehttps://www.janetteburke.com/sponsor-spotlight-package  Janette’s 1:1 Media Mentoring https://www.janetteburke.com/janette-s-1-1-media-mentoringAFFLIATE VPN:https://www.xvbelink.com/?a_fid=janetteLink to Janette’s 1:1 Media Mentoring https://www.janetteburke.com/janette-s-1-1-media-mentoringSupport the showSign up to become a member of Janette's TV Youtube Channel!https://www.youtube.com/@JanettesTV/videos
