Biography of Janin Ricalde: • Human Resources Management professor by the Instituto Universitario Patria. With a focus on studies in Human Resources Management based on Skills, Organizational Development and Change Management from the University of Pennsylvania • She is a founding partner of the Association of Executives in Human Development, A.C. (AEDHU). • Participated in the Organizing Committee of the Peninsular Human Resources Congresses in 2016, 2017. • Author of the book "Administration of Human Resources by Competency" published as an eBook in Amazon in 2016. • Until June 2020 Janin was the Human Resources Manager for Industrial Development Fitec, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, formerly Newell Brands. • She is now a founding partner of MR Global, and teaches postgraduate subjects at several state universities.
