JANUARY 01: On Reframing and Relational Loops

Welcome to a New Year of OVT. January places our focus on our relationship shadows and the patterns of self-betrayal we find ourselves in in our intimate connections - along with an exploration of how this spills over into our creative work.We all loop in our relationships - finding ourselves coming up against the same challenges, the same conflicts, over and over. In this episode, I offer a framework for understanding the loop and a little guidance on breaking out of it.
