Franco Vega, Executive Director and Thalia Henderson, Business Development Staff, tell us about the mission of The RightWay Foundation. At The RightWay Foundation, they’ve designed the merging of mental health and employment services in a place that feels like a home for young people transitioning out of the foster care system. They provide a family-like environment of support where all foster youth are welcome. Youth attend the therapy-centered job readiness program, Operation Emancipation, and participate in job fairs and networking events.
