January 18, 2023: Three Albemarle projects and one in Nelson recommended for Smart Scale funding; Campaign finance reports are in for second half of 2022

Halfway through the month of January, and 5 percent through the year of 2023.  All of these types of measurements are arbitrary, but much of the way our world is organized has a starting point. This, for instance, is the 486th version of Charlottesville Community Engagement, but even that number is potentially imaginary.
