from Bluegrass United Church of Christ · host Bluegrass United Church of Christ
Reading: Galatian 3: 28 Sermon Title: Me Too! From the Inside Out Pastor Marsha J. Moors-Charles When the story of Bluegrass United Church of Christ is told, it will include the very special moment when two congregations, one predominantly white and progressive in its theology, the other entirely African-American and holding firmly to a much more conservative views, came together to form a united congregation committed to doing justice as it preached and lived out the Gospel. It was the kind of coming-together that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. dreamed of. On this Sunday before MLK Day, we looked back on that moment as part of our Epiphany series "Living Into The Dream" because we believe God has something remarkable to dream into. We would love to have you join us for a Sunday morning service. We gather at 10:00 AM at 500 Don Anna Drive in Lexington, Kentucky. You can learn more about us at www.bluegrasschurch.org and find us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram at bluegrassucc.
