January is an action packed month with lots of planetary purging before Lunar New Year arrives early this year on 1/22/23. We begin 2023 with sluggishness from 2 retrograde planets, and a Capricornian cluster, including Sun, Mercury retrograde, Venus and Pluto exactly together in the sign Capricorn. Mars, the warrior and vitality planet, has been backtracking through Gemini since October 30, 2022, and goes direct on January 12. This Full Moon brings up issues of security and safety.
