On this episode Venus & Vesta explains how the January 2023 stars are really future orientated, more so than any January.  This is because Mars, Mercury and then Uranus will all be going forward after their retrograde process, so that all the planets will be in forward motion.  Mars moving forward is a big thrust for ideas and connections and we have been waiting for this energy to come back for three months.  Also, Uranus is a crazy, unpredictable planet with eyes on the future and he rules futuristic Aquarius, so when he goes forward within a day of the New Moon in Aquarius, we really will see plans for the future being promoted or playing out. KEY TAKEAWAYS On the 2nd and 3rd of January, the Sun in Capricorn is going to square Chiron in Aries. There’s a sense of doing the right thing and a deep sensitivity which is great for New Years Resolutions. This could be against what everyone else is thinking. But hold on until the 16th-18th of January to actually action your resolutions until the planets have gone direct. When Mercury moves in front of the Sun (a cazimi) on the 7th, it’s given a boost of energy, which means more powerful news, communication, travel and thinking powers. On the 18th Mercury goes directly into Capricorn at 8 degrees. Mars is also at 8 degrees in Gemini and President Biden has his Saturn at 9 degrees Gemini, for him it’s a really important time to expose his brain power, what he’s really thinking, or lack thereof. I think we might see some talking points emerging around his dementia which hinders him from communicating or even walking up a few flights of stairs. On the 22nd crazy planet Uranus goes direct at 14 degrees Taurus. Uranus rules Aquarius and this will be like a crazy twist of fate being thrown at us that you may not have expected… or, if you did, you’ll wonder how they pulled it off. The new Moon in Aquarius is intrinsically linked to Uranus going direct with  futuristic, direct and off-beat energy around it; it's a massive curve ball. At the same time, Venus conjuncts Saturn in Aquarius.
