It was one of the biggest news Saturdays in Texas Longhorns history, as the basketball team went into Lawrence, KS and came away with a 25-point victory over Bill Self and the Kansas Jayhawks. The Longhorns played one of their best games of the season, with five different players scoring in double-figures while dominating the second half of the contest. At the same time, Chris Del Conte made the long-rumored decision to part ways with Tom Herman before announcing Alabama Crimson Tide offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian would take over at the helm.
