100th Episode, Openings are cold, Jared is The Idea of Machines, Jared wrote Sweet Lefty about Milo, Jared and Daryl have played soccer together for about ten years but didn't really know one another, Jared and a number of soccer friends attended Milo's service, Jared has become a good friend of mine and a good friend to Milo, Jared is grateful to have gotten to know Alana and Max, Jared kept up on Milo's treatment and has thought about him quite a bit since, Jared was moved by Milo's service, Service was packed, Jared has come to know Milo, Meaningful connections in the wake of tragedy, Jared began writing Sweet Lefty at Milo's service, Initial idea was Dr. Blozy's noting Milo's sweet lefty baseball swing, Jared completed the song in roughly one week, Song includes tributes to Milo and nods to the challenges faced by him and his loved ones, Jared was concerned about my reaction to the song, Alana, Max, and Daryl loved the song the first time we heard it, How is it that Laura (Jared's wife) and Jared come towards Alana and Daryl when others are struggling to communicate with us?, Jared is aware that this loss is always present for us and that not talking about the loss is a farce, Get in someone's face who's grieving and then being quiet, Our superheroes have emerged, Many of our superheroes have been surprises to us, There is a way to be supportive of people grieving even if we are only tangentially connected to them, There is a struggle to recognize the role you can play in anyone's life,  Not everyone grieving wants the same thing, Jared began asking questions immediately, Most of us are problem-solvers but this is not a problem that can be resolved, Jared has asked questions and listened to answers, We didn't have the basis for bullshitting at the time we became better-connected, Jared questioning whether Lisa exists, Jared was seeking to confirm the way I was thinking, Lisa has described our experience as "mysterious", The fact that I know that Jared knows how difficult all decisions are in the wake of Milo's death frees up the rest of our connection, There will be lots more for us to talk about down the road, Thank you to Jared and Laura for coming towards us and thank you for Sweet Lefty, Perfect way to close out the 100th episode of Milo Time
