Through a mixture of creative financing focus and pure dumb luck he was not only able to accomplish this closing on a triplex in Nov of 2021 but going on to purchase another 26 properties by the end of Nov 2022. He is a firm believer that there is no limit to your potential and the only thing between you and your dreams is yourself. When not doing real estate Loren spends time with his wife and four kids and loves to hike and spend time outside.
