Jasmin Treske, Grants Director Bader Philanthropies and Shrimp Ceviche

Our guest for Cooking with Milwaukee Community Leaders is Jasmin Treske, currently the Grants Director - Community Matters for Bader Philanthropies. Jasmin is also listed on the Most Influential Hispanic Leaders in Wisconsin list. Shrimp Ceviche and Jasmin Treske Interview. Shrimp ceviche is a refreshing and flavorful seafood dish that’s popular in Latin American cuisine. It typically consists of raw shrimp (we are using thawed frozen shrimp) that’s "cooked" by marinating in citrus juices, most commonly lime or lemon.  Jasmin tells us how she makes Shrimp Ceviche.
