He is a Mechanical Engineer by degree, but has spent time in leadership roles in HR, operations, R&D and even regulatory affairs. Jason is married with 3 children, including their daughter who was adopted from Ethiopia. He and his wife Sarah are both involved in important and unique ministries such as providing food for local children in need and medical missions trip to Honduras.
