Jason Picks - Fun (1994)

from We Doing Filmographies Hosted by We Doing Filmographies

This week is a Jason pick. We are covering the 1994 film "Fun".Hillary and Bonnie meet one morning by the side of the road. They become fast friends, share their secrets, and on a rising wave of frenzy later that afternoon, murder an old woman. They did it, they say later, for fun.Is this a great time? Well, it does have an extremely young Alicia Witt and Renee Humphrey acting their butts off with meaty roles in a 90's indie that's half black and white. One of us saw this as a pre-teen and the other has never heard of it. Tune in and find out what's what and if we had... FUN.If you like the episode (or just like to support people), rate and subscribe. Smash that like button! If you want to review us on a podcasting platform, leave the name of a movie you want covered in the review and we will make one of these on it.#aliciawitt #reneehumphrey #williammoses #lesliehope #rafalzielinski #jamesbosley #podcast #1994 #indiemovie #indiedrama #90smovie #90sindie

Shut Up I Love It Sasha Feiler and Joe Cabello Many years ago, Sasha Feiler and Joe Cabello met in line for an improv show. They were young, dumb, and full of it. What followed were comedy shows so explicit, “genitalia” was practically a term of endearment.Fast forward 5 dogs, 6 cats, and way too many weird inside jokes later, Sasha and Joe are no longer young or dumb—but they’re still brimming with you-know-what. Here, they’ve teamed up to bring you a podcast where they interview a guest who passionately defends something universally hated, misunderstood, forgotten, overlooked, Mandela-effected, canceled—you name it. The key? They LOVE it. From toupees... to B-movies... to aliens, psychedelics, and the occasional surprise character, Sasha and Joe are here to spread love to the world that birthed them (but maybe should’ve used protection). So come and get that love because no one else will give it to you like we do.Also, don’t forget to check out the Patreon Bonus version of the show:https://www.patreon.com/c/ShutUpILoveItP Explicit
