Prior to launching Frontline Careers, Jason spent nearly 20 years in leadership roles across multiple industries from manufacturing and business consulting, to wholesale energy and waste management. And it was his experience in Corporate America, running large-scale frontline operations which was the genesis behind Frontline Careers.
