Jason Slay Joins Cincinnati Basketball

Cincinnati basketball just got a major boost with the hiring of Jason Slay, a seasoned coach with deep ties to head coach Jerrod Calhoun. Slay, who rose through the ranks at Illinois State—leading them to 60 wins and an NIT semifinal—brings proven talent development and a winning pedigree. His history with Calhoun at Youngstown State, plus stops at USF, VMI, and others, shows a coach built for success. And with family basketball roots—his brother played in the NBA, his cousin reached the Sweet Sixteen—this is more than just a hire; it’s a legacy in motion. The Bearcats’ new era kicks off in November. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
