One day you're negotiating with suppliers. The next, you're installing a shelf in the back room. Running a business means moving in many directions all the time. TD's new small business banking accounts are built for how your business moves.
It's how we're making banking more human. Yeah, welcome to the show without Tully. Doing a lot of shows without Tully. It's a shit, you got to, you know, what are you gonna do?
Not do a show? What would you rather I did? Take another week off or another week and then another week? Nah, I'll do a show.
So I had a bit of sort of thing as weird, this girl, that I don't really like. She's a fan. She was a bit mean. I don't know.
She was one of those things where, I don't think she listens, especially to this, but she was back when I was on Sirius and she met me in New York. She was a East Coast guy. She was a follower because she would always be near a waterfall. Sorry, a river.
And it was like I envied her because I was like, oh, I want to, he lived near a river. Like, that's cool. And I don't want to, well, I'm just gonna say stuff, but I think she was kind of into me. I don't know.
That's when I was with Katie. And she met me at my hotel, just not to hang out like that, but just, I was like, yeah, I'll meet you. And she had flowers for me. I was like, ooh, that's a lot, you know?
But back then, and that's not, you know, it's like, well, you know, maybe I'll fuck her, you know? That's what I was thinking. But she was very nervous and she could not give me eye contact. And it was a bit, I was like, oh, it's a bit weird, you know?
And it kind of deterred me from going any further. And I was like, well, thanks for the flowers. It was very nice of her. And she was very nervous.
And I was like, oh, that's cute. You know, so nervous once again, even back then, I was like, why? You know, who the fuck am I? But if you listen to the show, I get it.
It's like a weird thing. But then I can't remember what it was exactly, because the brain damage and other things in my life, but there was like some opinions or something, kind of, you know, like people think they know me, tell me what I like or what I don't like. I can't remember what it was. I think she talks shit in the chat and people kind of came at her.
And that didn't help her. I don't really remember exactly what it was. Like Molly's text, and she probably knows what I'm talking about. Don't need to read this out loud, okay?
Well, hang on a minute. Let me fucking not read. Read out loud, man. Everyone hold up.
If you're in the chat and you were this person, go ahead and speak up now. If you're in the chat and you made Jason uncomfortable, jump in, you know? She was concerned about a ranking with the crazy, look, it's about the video game. Like, oh yeah, like Bam is Bam.
That's why he's in the video game, you know? And you know, I think Bam was like a really, he was a really good friend of Tony's and I think at one point, Bam being around Tony helped Tony, you know? He got so big for me that he's still big, you know? Like people, you know, they ask Bam, what does he think about stuff for TMZ?
You're not asking me, you know, why? Because there's many people like, who the fuck is that? It's okay, you know? I got my place, I'm doing okay.
So yeah, getting back to this person, it's just one of those things where it's a lot more intuitive these days where I just feel like there's negative vibrations. I don't mean to disrespect anybody, but sometimes I just get a negative vibe and it's not necessarily them, it's us two together, you know? Where I'm like, it doesn't make me feel good. I will separate myself from that, you know?
It's kind of not in any ill will, I don't wish anything bad towards them. There's a couple of people I've realized, I unfollowed people in the last couple of days where like it was old Jason, you know? I'm like, who the fuck is this chicken? I'm like, oh, she's covered in tattoos, she's hot.
Like you don't need to be following that anymore dude. Like, and if they follow you, I don't fucking, you know, again, you don't care, you know? Like I didn't mean, if you think that's rude, okay. We will never see each other, you know?
It's over. It wasn't anything anyway. But this particular person, I can't remember exactly how it went down, but I think there was a chat thing, they were saying a lot and other people called their out for stuff and I don't really remember, but I just remember thinking, wow, this is this got out of hand, you know? For somebody who was nervous to meet me and now they're kind of checking me or checking fan, I don't know what it was, but it was, it was, I was like, okay.
And this is before I got sober, I think. But then recently I saw a tweet about, hey, this is something that you did remember in Australia or something like this. And I was like, oh, wow, this is a weird thing that they're bringing up. And then I realized who it was.
And I was like, oh, it's the negative lady again. I'm like, yeah, you would bring that up. Not again, not your fault. Like you don't realize like, I don't want to be a part of that anymore, but I thought it would be interesting for the podcast, because I'm doing that tomorrow, right?
Yeah. There's a video of, you know, like these bro camps and it's a bunch of guys cradling guys in a pool and they're crying. You know, it's, you know, this is just these hilarious camps these days. It's a crazy thing out there, man.
Like me teaching people boxing, I'm not the most experienced boxing coach in the world, but I do know enough to help a lot of people, you know, I can hold pads for people that are like pro fighters. Like, can I teach them stuff? Probably not, but like, it's not really, you know, hitting pads is not how you become a good fighter. Like fighting is how you get good at fighting.
But like these weird bro, it's a thing now where people take advice from people that don't really know what they're talking about. And you wouldn't know that unless you'd done it yourself. It's kind of like watching people hold myths badly. You don't know they're holding it badly unless you've been boxing your whole life.
But I've seen it a lot because I've been boxing a long time. I will see people hold myths and go, what the fuck is that guy doing? And I'm like, wait, is he have clients? Is that his job?
And it is, you know, I know some people personally that they are boxing coaches. They don't know how to fight at all. They're like, there's like fit guys that have abs. And they're like, yeah, I'm a boxing coach.
And they don't know shit about boxing. And I think like girls are like, here's my boxing coach. Look, he has abs. He's also an actor on the side of my cat's a good son.
You know, and he's looking, and he's looking, if he holds myths, that's the other thing, holding myths for people and fighting are two different things. You know, you can get good at holding myths and get people to work out well, and maybe even help them become a little bit better at boxing. But the thing that I think I have, that a lot of people that hold myths don't have is, when you hit myths with me, I'm watching how you hit and where I could hit you if we were fighting. And I think that that, you can only know that if you're a fighter, you know?
Like you can do a combination and you can do some footwork and all that stuff, but like if you're doing it and I'm watching you like, I'm gonna beat you up, well, then I see where I would punch you in the face, or in the body, or whatever. And I'm like, hey man, make sure you do this, because if you don't do that, I will, you know what I mean? Somebody that you do fight will beat the shit out of me for doing that. And there's people out there that just have this, you know, we're so gullible as a human race.
It's like people that they're life coaches, you know? Where, you know, you're a life coach and your life is retarded, you know? And you're telling me how to live my life? I might do, God told you to go on Tinder.
Shut the fuck up, you know? Yes, that's in regards to Aubrey Marcus. Aubrey Marcus knows a lot. He's done a lot of psychedelics.
He's done a lot of deep dives. He knows a lot about fitness, diet, but also, you know, since I have been diving into this kind of thing myself, you know, the diet, it's not that technical. You know, I think a lot of people can make it out to me, but it's not that difficult. Also, I don't know for sure.
If you do steroids, that can make you pretty fit, you know? If you work out a lot and do steroids, and then you tell me what I should eat, like, okay, sure. But it's like the only processed food. If you work out a lot and you don't eat processed food, that's it.
You know, we can get into the details of it. Bodies and sugar intakes and just don't eat processed food. If you take out your sugar, you know, you might be asking what is the processed food thing that adds so much extra weight or unhealthiness. It's just the body breaking it down.
Okay. You know, like, if you work out a lot, you're going to be hungry and you should eat. But if you don't eat at night, because when you go to sleep, your body's going to break it down while you're sleeping. So you're not going to have as much energy when you wake up.
If you finish eating by 7.30, and you go to bed at 10 o'clock at night, because it's the other thing. If you go to bed at two in the morning, yes, I am talking to you. There's only so much you can do, you know, like at the clock of the night, there's a thing, the moon, it's all kind of connected. Like, the body is connected, you know, like where water, water rises, you know, when the moon is up, when the moon is up and you're up, you're burning yourself out.
You know, you wake up and fucking lunchtime. It's not the optimum thing to do. You can do it, but it's not like, you know, that's the other thing. You can do it, you know, you can have candy.
You can have pizza. It's just not the most optimum thing to do. I switched to my late night snack while I'm editing for the show. I switched to almonds.
Right, look, look, if you're up in 24 in the morning, you're fucked, that's it. That's it. But you can, if you don't, if you have a bowl of ice cream at four in the morning or a cheeseburger and fries, and then some cheesecake like fucking Ian Fide-ance might, well, then yeah, and you're like, man, I don't get it. Why am I fat?
I'm like, what am I fucking talking about? You're cheesecake at four AM. That's why. You've smoked 75 cigarettes today.
Shut up. Don't talk to me about diet. I don't want to hear it from you. You disrespect your body so much that I'm like, I'm not helping you anymore.
You're on your own. And that's how I feel about it. I'm like, I'm not helping you. I don't mind the Patreon members knowing that every morning, Jason wakes up to a new clip from 4 AM.
Yeah, yeah, it was said to me at 4 AM. And I'm like, I don't know. If I respond, am I going to fuck up him by saying, yes, that's good, but at that 6.30 in the morning, like, you haven't even asleep for two hours. Don't worry, I'm not hearing that.
I'm assuming it. But like, it's where the creative juices come from, baby. Yeah, I get it. Look, I also want to be up late to go places, and I can't because I'm tired because I get up early.
But I also am like 50, and I can't play that game anymore, man. Like I won't, I'll get tired. I won't be able to work out. I won't feel that funny.
I won't be that energised around my girlfriend or anybody that I'm talking to. And I can't be there for everybody if I don't get my sleep. So I just choose to do it that way. Like I still, I still, you know, every now and then, I will eat shit right before I go to bed.
It's not, it's not like, you know, I'm not, that's why I don't have an APAC because I don't, I'm not militant with it. If I am militant with it, it only takes like a month. And I'm like twice as jacked, I'm fucking, you know, and my stomach is like pretty shredded. It's just sometimes I'm like, fuck that.
You know, I'm watching Netflix and I'm fucking, I'm gonna eat, you know, I have dry mango or something, which is still cheating, you know? Like if you have that at 10 o'clock at night, you're in full on yourself, you think that's like the optimum thing to do. You just drink water, that's it. That's what you say that goes back to, you know, when I was doing all that manual labor stuff back in Florida, and I was just thinking about it.
Like, like I was too tired to stay up late from working hard all day, and I was drinking water all day because you have to be able to die in Florida. So like, yeah, no wonder I was like actually pretty fit, not just the working aspect of it, but I was sleeping on a regular basis. Yeah, the other thing, if you do a lot of manual labor, if you work out a lot, you can, that's the other thing, like it's harder for me to wanna eat right after, but if I work out, if I lift weights and then box, I can eat a pizza and a cake. Yeah.
And I'll wake up in the morning and my body will be lean. But that's because I sweat like a fucking maniac. So if I put in that kind of work where I lift all these weights, so my body needs protein, like I need, you know, my body's screaming for sustenance. And, you know, I sweat it out, oh my water.
So like in the morning I wake up and I'm like lean, because I'm partly dehydrated, you know, like there's only so much water I can take in for how much I sweat it out. It's like hard to keep up for me. That's why I use a lot of electrolytes because I can't drink all the time, you know, like if I drink a gallon of water, it's like I piss it out, I sweat it out. If I drink electrolytes in the morning, it seems to stop me from drying out as much.
But, you know, it's just this thing where it's like, how do I do it? It's like it's not that hard. People got their little quick fixes that I'm doing this juice cleanser, I'm doing this thing. And my great man, you know, if you want to, it's great, you can do that, but it just doesn't.
Or you can, you know, this is the thing, or you can do the thing that sucks, and that's what gets it done. You know, but if you do it enough and you find the priorities in it, it's like, look man, life's easier when I smoke weed at night. But I'm not better as a whole person all the time when the pressure is on, I'm not as good. Can I ask you a question?
Do you think this is weird? I, it's easier, definitely. It's easier for me to like go work outside for like eight hours and to like bust my ass and just like that whole like real, like it's a fight, you know? Especially like if you're like in the sun in the summer or whatever.
But it's easier to do that for me than to like go down to the gym when I'm on the road and then like go in and work out at the gym. It's, for some reason mentally, I think it's because I have a task and I'm like completing a thing in front of me. Like there's a visible reward. I don't want to bum you out.
I'm sure you work hard. Okay. It's not as hard as working out at the gym. I get it.
I get it because of hard labor. You're not maxing out. Right. And then maxing out again and then maxing out again.
Like when you lift weight to the gym, like when I lift weight to the gym, I do three sets of 12. The first set of 12. When I get to 12, I'm pretty much maxing out. And I wait a few minutes and then I do it again.
And depending on how often I work out, I will do one set of 12 where I max the fuck out. And the next one I'll do so much weight that I can't do 10. So I'll do 10 if I'm lucky, more like nine. And the ninth one, I am fucking going for it.
And then I'll wait a few minutes and then I'll do way more weight than that and do eight and that eight, it's a fight. It's a real fight. Like I'm going to fucking get a hemorrhoid, you know what I mean? Like that.
And then I'll do that six or seven more times with different parts of my body. Yeah, that's actually a really good point because if you're outside working, like a lot of what you're doing in between is maximizing. You're basically trying to like not max out, right? Like you're like, how do I make sure I get through to like six o'clock or whatever?
Like dude, I've moved houses, you know? Like I've carried stuff down stairs where I'm like, I'm maxing out. Like my hands are letting go of this fucking chest of draw. And I'm like, well, don't let go because it'll break on the fucking stairs and then when I get it in the fucking truck, I'm like, fuck.
That was maxing out. It's not, it's then maybe the bed frame, like, you know, then I put it in like three hours later, I stop putting stuff in the house. It's not the same. It's hard.
And the next day, I'm like, oh, I'm sore from that fucking chest of draw, but it's not, you know, there's that pain. And then the more you do it, the more you get used to the pain. It doesn't make the pain go away. It's more that's your spot.
That's your, you know, when I get to eight on the third time, I've done this hundreds of times. It's almost like a, it's like a happy place involved in it. You know, like, is my, do I feel, you know what I mean? I'm fucking 50, don't broken so many things.
Like I feel my tendons going, hey man, like fucking watch it, you know, something's gonna go ping and fucking that's it. I go hard and that's pain. And then there's cardio pain, which to me is worse, you know, when you can't breathe and you keep sprinting, you're suffocating and you're fucking legs don't work. You feel like fucking jelly and you keep pushing and then you go back and do it again and again and again.
And then you go, wait a minute, you know, six months ago, when I got to this particular spot, there was nothing left. And now there's like three more rounds left and you're like, wow. And then it's the same as like, you know, the weights that I was lifting where I couldn't lift at one time and now I'm doing three sets of 12 of it. And I'm like, wow.
And when you know that, there's like a thing that goes off in your brain where you're like, hey, I'm way stronger than I was or I'm way faster than I was. My cardio is way better than it was. And that's the addiction where now you're like, you know, like I hurt myself, I hurt a thing in my fucking bicep. Doing these things, I do these big, I do like 40s, I get the gym, I'll do 50s or 65s like this.
And I did something recently with this one, I'm doing it. I go go to lift it this time just goes, and I'm like, what the fuck? I tore something in here. And because I'm older, it almost feels like I broke something off and it's no longer attached.
It doesn't work. But because I've been older longer, I understand that it's the same as there was at least three months where I couldn't straighten my arm. I did something where I tore something in my arm and I was ah, that's permanent. And then one day my arm straighten, I was like, huh, you just old, you tore something so bad that you're down in straighten for three months.
I worked around it. I lift less weight. I'll hold it a different way. Like right now, last this morning I did a bench.
But then when I did these ones, instead of doing my 45s, I used 25s and instead of doing three sets of 12, I did three sets of 20. Because it's like, this arm is like, hey man, we want to go and I'm like, well dude, this one won't go. But it'll hold 25s like that. So I'll just do 20 of 25s.
Because it's like, doesn't matter what you, you don't have to do big weights, make it bigger, make it a lift more weights, but why? If I post a video of me, benching, fucking 280, it doesn't mean anything. It's not useful. It's just a brag or an accomplishment.
I'm just trying to stay fit. So I just keep going and find ways to keep moving. I fucking, when I skate in Utah, man, the altitude and skating, I was trying to get ready and have a ride. Because I was like, you're the announcer.
You're going to do one ride and you're going to make it. People don't realize, everyone else in the legends demo is going to skate for an hour and they're going to do the best shit they can do in an hour. A bunch of times until they make it. I'm going to do one ride and I'm going to make it and I'm going to be on the deck with the microphone in 30 seconds from now talking.
Different job. I have a different job. And it took me two days to practice to be ready for that. That was the other thing.
I don't get to warm up. I'm on the deck. I'm announcing and Tony grabbed the microphone from me. I knew it was going to happen.
I knew he was going to do it. That's how it goes. He just comes over and goes, hey man, let me take that. And I'm like, oh, that means I'm going for my one ride right now in a stadium.
Make it. And I got, and it was sketchy too. It was like, because my legs were not warmed up. I was a little wobbly.
My hip had given out because I tried to push it harder in the morning and I was like, what if I did this as well? I couldn't make it. So I tried it eight times and I fell from like six foot above a 13 foot high vertical eight times on my hip because I can't need some because my knees are blown out. And my hip was like, nice.
Now you can't walk. And I'm like, yeah, whoops, I went too hard for that. But, hey man, you got to try and get a, can you try and? So that didn't work out.
But what I was getting at, getting to was there once there was, you know, when I was going through a lot of mental struggles. Brianna Blesserhart was like, talk to this guy and do a mushroom, before I was sober. You know, like a journey with a fucking, with a shaman or whatever the fuck it is. And, you know, talk to this guy.
And it was like a friend of a guy that he works under this other guy. And, you know, he talked on the phone about how to get, you know, mentally happy. You know, what are your struggles and what we can, we can work together and get you through like a life coach, if you will, you know, but a plant medicine life coach. And, you know, I'm, you know, when I, you know, when I get dark, you know, I can, you know, I'm gullible, man.
Everybody is, but like, sometimes I will believe shit that I look back and I go, oh, you know, there's people that I've been in love with, but I look back and I go, oh dude. Oh, it didn't work out. You don't say that's great. I don't understand how that would be like, fuck dude.
You jump from one fucking maniac to another and you're like, I don't get it. Why does it end up blowing up in my face? I'm like, because you're not in love with that person. You're in love with having somebody around.
You're fucking terrified to be by yourself. Because you're fucking have always been by yourself. That's the craziest thing I'm terrified to be by myself, always be by myself. You're alone anyway, you fucking retard.
Oh no, I need somebody. No, you don't. You've never had anybody. So anyway, I'm talking to this guy on the phone.
And I think I've talked about it where he said, do you want to know the meaning of life? And I was like, cool. Yeah. And he goes, you listening?
And I go, yeah, because it's already annoying. And he goes, row, row, row your boat. Gently down the stream. Wait for it.
Marily, merily, merily, life is but a dream. And I remember I had a phone and I went, hello? And he goes, did you hear that? And I was like, oh yeah.
And he goes, life is like being on a boat on a stream. And I was like, I fucking hate you. I didn't say it, but I was like, oh yeah. But I hate this guy.
And I realized right there. And then this guy is a moron. And that people pay him. It's fucking this fucking guy.
I paid this guy. I can't remember how much it was. But like I was supposed to go see him and do the medicine. And I was like, oh, there's no way I'll be tripping balls with this jerk off in the same room.
No way. I'd rather die than hear him merily merily. Then he called me a second time. We told the second time.
And because he tells these other retards, the merily, merily thing, he fucking went to tell me it again. Because he forgot that he told me the first time. And I was like, you're joking me, right? And he's like, what?
And I'm like, you're not going to do the merily, merily. And he's like, oh, if I told you, I was like, yes. And he goes, I should be on your podcast. Again, I go.
It's not Brianna's fault. Brianna had a guy that's probably a little bit more experienced. And now this is his protege. And maybe it's like the placebo thing.
If you believe it, maybe it will help. But when I realized that I'm smarter than this man, I no longer can take him serious. And now he's annoying me. And this is back when I was still in a dark spot.
Don't annoy me. You're not helping. You're making it worse. Because now I feel like a fucking idiot.
Because there's idiots out there that think I'm done with them and that I'm going to go for this. I think it was like a thousand bucks, man. I can't remember. But I was like, no.
And then he was like, have you ever listened to the Joe Rogan podcast? And I was like, this guy is saying all the wrong things to the wrong guy. If you're trying to help me and you say, have I listened to the Joe Rogan podcast, I hate you. Because yeah, I've heard that.
He's like, you should be more real. And just say what you're thinking. And I was like, have you heard my show? And he was like, no.
And I was like, you might want to check it out. Because I kind of, what you see is what you get. And that's my thing. It's kind of my thing before it was Joe Rogan's thing.
It really, I'm like, yeah. I've been around before him. And like, I'm not as successful. But I'm just saying, I'm not going to copy Joe Rogan.
I was before Joe Rogan, being me on the air. I hate you. And I was like, I don't want to talk to you anymore. This is definitely not something I'm interested in.
And he's like, you sure we still have a bunch of phone calls. And then we have the plant medicine. I was like, I'm absolutely not doing plant medicine with you. And he's like, you're sure.
And I was like, absolutely. I was like, this is ridiculous. I can't remember how I ended up. But I was like, this is insane.
I don't know if I said you're a retard. I was like, I don't like you. I don't like this. Please lose my number.
I do not wish to speak to you again. And then he tried to text me. And then I blocked his number. And I think, I can't remember for sure.
But I think I called Brandon. I was like, hey, make sure that fucking jerk off never calls me again. But it was like, you know, when you're in desperate times, these people prey on you. And I don't know if he knew he was praying on me.
Like I think sometimes people believe that they are a specialist, but I don't know. I'd rather just leave it. But I had this feeling that he knew that he was praying on me for being weak. Also the other girl that I unfollowed on Instagram that was, you know, I talked to this spiritual guidance lady that like she can tell her and she can release the demons from your soul or something like a desperate man desperately trying to snap out of the misery.
I was just, you know, the divorce and the failure of the podcast and being fired from serious and falling from grace. The kids weren't living with me anymore. Everything that I thought I needed was gone. You know, my mother and my children didn't speak to me.
I was in only fans. I mean, I'd done video, I'd posted videos of me doing crazy stuff. I went still. I went tired.
You know, because you're just going down this road where, you know, that's the other thing. It's like people steal you into this thing. It's not their fault. You know, like Katie didn't mean, you know, she, I don't think she was like, I'll make you do gay porn and post it on the internet and then ruin you.
And like, there was no, you know, she loved me. She got her own demons, you know, like she was doing stuff on the internet too. So I don't think she realized that to me, you know, being a dad and all that, you know, that was going to be something that I would look back on and be like, man, you're, you're a bad person. You're a bad parent.
You're a bad guy, you know, which was, that was the hardest thing to, you know, to forgive myself for. That was the hardest thing out of all the things I've had to do with my sobriety is to be like, look, you didn't mean it. You know, you didn't do it intentionally to make other people's lives difficult. You didn't do any of this to hurt anybody, but you did.
And you got to forgive yourself. Because if you don't forgive yourself, you're no good to anybody anymore. You know, you got to let it go. So, you know, I unfollowed that one of this girl.
This is the other thing. This isn't their fault. There's a darkness. Like, why don't you ride your horse?
And I'm like, the video is, has me riding the horse. Wait, why, who is this person? I'm like, oh, it's the lady that referred me to the special. I'm out.
I'm out. It's not your fault. But like, you're annoying to me. You make me not like me, not your fault.
Just I don't like it. I don't want to be around it. All the best to you. I'm out.
But getting back to this person also, by the way, all these conversations that I'm doing, all the things I'm saying right now and how I am going back to what my point was recollecting that there was a point. I don't know if any of you know or can remember, but do you remember Jason not knowing how to do this? I would not. I would say, Tully, what the fuck am I talking about?
Where am I going? What is the point? I could not remember what the conversation was and what started it. We're talking about it.
Girl, the very star that had the flowers and she brought up a thing on Twitter that reminded me of the guy's crying naked. Well, guess what? That's the whole point of this story is where it all I've covered all the tracks now. There was at one point I was put in a camp for people that had had had emotional breakdowns when I was 21.
She showed me this video of a bunch of bros doing the cradling crying thing, which was like, didn't you do this in a straight? Because I did tell the story. And these are these things that looking at them now, you know, I told the story and how hard it was for me to be a part of this particular thing where I was at a camp. My mom, bless her heart, was trying to help.
She knew a naturopath. This might be, I might do this again tomorrow for the podcast because it's shocking. Jason Els here talking about hymns. I want to be in shape.

So this lady goes, Jason should go to this camp. My mum takes me to this camp. She leaves me there. It's a bunch of older people.
I think I'm about 21. They do some meditation, some role doing stuff together where we're talking or whatever. Hugging, looking in the mirror, talking to ourselves. Doing a lot of stuff that reminds me of Fight Club, where the people are talking in these groups, they're struggling and there's these groups where you do things together that are you're opening yourself up, so to speak.
At one point, they go, we're going to a pool, like a swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, and a gym, a big recreation center or whatever. We're in the locker room and everyone needs to take all their clothes off to get in the pool. I'm 21. Everybody else, I think the youngest people there are late 30s, let's say.
Maybe there was a couple of mid 30s people there, but there were people that were definitely like 70. I remember being very intimidated about taking all my clothes off. I didn't want to take my clothes off in the locker room until people had left. I took my pants off and went to the pool.
I remember going to the pool and everybody else was already in the pool. I had to walk around the pool to go in the pool and everybody was already in the pool, looking at me. This is another thing that I didn't really realize at the time because I was still young. Look, I don't have the biggest stick in the world, but it's definitely not small.
It's bigger than average. I walk around the pool and there's a few ladies in the pool that are looking at it. I don't even really understand. She looking at my dick.
That's weird. I'm like, well, this is different. This is work. This is a thing to help you feel better about your depression or whatever.
Don't pay attention to that. I get in the pool and they go, okay, pick a partner. I'm a 21-year-old naked guy in a pool with 40 other old people. I don't want to talk to anybody.
I can't get eye contact. I can't make eye contact with anybody in the pool. Everybody else picks a partner and there's two people left and it's me and a 70-year-old dude. He's like, you?
I'm like, okay. They go, right, pick up your partner and cradle him like a baby and just move him around in the water while the other person relaxes. Now I am in a public swimming pool. It's obviously been locked off private, but I'm in a pool with all these other people, old people.
I'm cradling a 70-year-old man who, to me, at the time seemed 100. He might have even been 100. I don't know. But he was gross and holding him was gross.
His skin was falling off. He was gross. It was like cradling the penguin in a swimming pool. They go, okay, so switch now and now the old man is now cradling me in the pool.
I do this, having a terrible time, very uncomfortable the whole time. There was no relaxing. There was no therapeutic vibes whatsoever. This was absolute torture to the fullest.
And then that ends and I'm like, man, I'm glad that's over. And then it's like some free time to hang out in the pool. We're all in the pool naked. I'm fucking 21, man.
I might not have even been 21. It's fucking inappropriate is what it is. All these old people and my 20-year-old ass in that, man, I swear to God, it might have been 19. Okay, now I'm about to really freak out.
This is the part of the box of Brody where I don't like it. It's like, you remember things that you purposely didn't want to remember. So anyway, I'm in this pool after that. I think I just got back from America.
If it was before I went to America, this is rape. This is the story of rape. It's over in 16. Let's say I was 17.
I just saw him finish the story. Fuck, dude, I hadn't been to America yet. It's a different time. So anyway, I finished switching around a fucking 100-year-old when I'm fucking 16.
I'm in the pool with all these fucking old people. And the naturopath lady is, she comes up to me in the pool. I was in the corner, kind of hiding, trying to stay low in the pool because it was still weird for genitals to be exposed. There was nothing arousing about any of this to me.
I was not worried about getting a boner. The naked women in the pool, they were fucking old. Like I said, the youngest one was probably the naturopath and she was probably 38-40. She had a hairy bush.
The reason I know that is because she started talking to me in the pool and got so close to me that her pubes were brushing my penis. And I remember thinking, does she feel that? She mustn't. Because this is just the damage that I've had in my life at the time.
There was no boundaries in my life, which was another reason why I was probably in a dark place, in the first place, where I had been abused. And then to help me with my abuse, I was abused again. I'll fix it. I've been sexually abused a few times and let's go to a camp where the camp cancels sexually abuses you.
Which is also, I'm not alone in this. This is a thing that happens to people. This is not a weird thing. It's just a weird thing that it's a guy, I think, because I think a lot of women have dealt with this.
So this lady, Corn is me. And I remember that because I remember thinking, that's crazy. And she wasn't hideous, but she wasn't super-hardy though. So then that happens.
I go back to the change room and I get changed. And I'm like, man, I don't know if I'm, I think I was, I don't know if I'll ever admit that this happened to anyone for as long as I live. Because I was so young and so, you know, like I cradled an old man naked. These pubes brushed on my penis in a public swimming pool.
This is fucking insanity. And then the last day, they bring us alcohol. Like, as I'm saying this, I'm fucking, because I haven't thought about it. And it's funny because like the lady that did the tweet, she was like, look, didn't you have a story like that?
And I was like, oh, I feel dark about that. I remember when I saw it, I was like, oh, I don't, I remember telling that story, like it was kind of funny. But now I'm feeling a darkness about it. And I just sort of shook it off.
And then I think I saw something else today that kind of triggered me to where I was like, oh, I could tell that story on the show today. And so I believe it was the next day. So, you know, we're sleeping in these little beds by myself, maybe doing anything. But we're drinking because we're getting picked up.
We're all going home the next day. So that night everybody drank. And that was when everyone was like, look at you, you know, like this camp has really helped you because of how happy you are. And I'm like, well, yeah, I'm drunk.
This is my happy place running from this ship makes me happy. At the time I did not know, I was just like, yeah, maybe, maybe it was the 100 year old naked guy that I fucking switched around in the pool. They cured me. So the next day, my mom's going to pick me up because I'm fucking 16, dude.
Okay, now it's official. I didn't, I don't have a driver's license. Okay, yeah, I definitely had not been to America. Oh, man, the amount of people that have raped me or sexually because everyone's like, they just keep adding up.
It's like 53. I've just realized that there's another one. So I think I, I don't think I even told my mom, I think the naturopath lady goes, so I live where you, your mom lives. So I'll just drive you home.
And I was like, oh, okay. And then I pack up, say goodbye to all these weird people that I never want to see again, old people wear a shit and I get in the car with the naturopath lady. And she drives me back to my mom's house, which is probably because they're in the city and my mom lived in Rosebud. So it was probably like an hour and a half drive and about an hour into the drive, she pulls over on the, on the beach road and starts making out with me.
And I end up banging her in the car. Not my idea, dude. Like I did not see that coming. And then, man, so that happens.
And then, you know, I dropped her on my mom's house and then I, you know, she's, mom's like, how was it? Am I good? You know, I'm definitely not, um, I didn't tell my mom about the naked guy. I definitely didn't tell my mom about fucking a naturopath on the way home.
And then the next day, my mom goes, um, the net, I can't remember how it was presented to me, but either the naturopath or her husband want you to come in tomorrow, today, to, um, to see how you're doing. I think it was, I think it was the lady, otherwise I probably wouldn't have gone. Um, and I go, okay. And then I go there and, uh, I don't think I remember it.
There was no naturopath lady. I go into the office and it's her husband and her husband, I don't remember exactly how this went either, but he said, you know, I heard you had sex with my wife yesterday. This is my life, you guys. This is another life.
I don't even know who this kid is. Um, and the way I remember it was he was saying it in a way where he was, um, he's threatening me, you know? He wasn't happy about it. Um, at the time when he said that, um, I remember like, I didn't, I didn't plan on it.
I didn't make a move. It was more, I was sort of made out with, had my dick pulled out and jumped on and had sex with, but you know, I was at the time I thought I was an adult because it wasn't the first time that I'd had sex with somebody that was way older than me. At this point, I believe it was like the fourth or fifth. Um, but I remember, you know, he was like, you know, that's my wife or whatever.
You know, how would you feel about it? And I, and I remember I grabbed the phone, you know, cause you know, like if you were to do that again, it was so, that's why I was like, if you were to do that again, you know, we would have to, we would, we would, you know, you'd have to step outside kind of thing. And I grabbed the phone. This is older times where it's, you know, the dial phone and I grabbed the phone and I picked it off the table and I was like, if you want to fucking go, can't take your best shot.
Cause I, you know, I mean, I grew up, I was ready to fight this dude 16 and I was ready to fight a grown ass man, which also makes me realize that I am correct. Cause I remember thinking it's okay to use a weapon cause he's a man and you're a boy. And you're threatening to beat me up because your wife raped me. It's a sad story.
I didn't even know it was going to go there. I didn't even think about it. But yeah, I definitely had not been to America until American was 17. This is crazy.
Um, man, it changes everything so much. Um, yeah, but he, he fucking back down. Yeah, I fucking, I put the fear, I put the fear in that fuck face. He realized he thought he was going to fuck.
He thought he was going to scare a kid and this kid was like, nah, man, like you want to, you want to do that. You take your best shot and you can get clacked at this fucking old school phone before you get your shots in. And I was still pretty big for, you know, 16 year old, but also I was not, I mean, I'm not, I'm scared, but I'm also not. I'm, if we go, we're going, you know, like I'm not, I'm not fetal son.
We're going. And then he was like, okay. And I was like, yeah, okay. And then I put the phone down.
I think I might have told him to go fuck himself and I walked out of the office and I think I called my mum on a pay phone and I come get me. And then I told her, I was like this fucking guy fucking threatens me for fucking his wife and my mum's like, wait, you fucked what's her name? And I was like, well, she jumped on me. She pulled over on the side of the street jumped on me.
The fuck else am I supposed to do? You know, I'm me. And my mum was like, what a bitch. That's it.
I'm not going to see her anymore. That's it. I see it. I see it in the story.
That's all I know. No, no, uh, nothing else was no authorities. No, you threatened a 16 year old and your wife slept with a 16 year old and you, you did all that and somehow at the end it was just like my mum's like, well, I'm not going to go see her anymore. She's a bitch.
And that's the end of that. Pretty crazy, right? He's like crazy story. Yeah.
Uh, can you recommend an NAD brand or a dosage that he's obviously not listening. He's 10 out. Hey, did you get New York City films put quite good comments, but somebody said he should have been texting to the show. I don't know if they did or not, but someone said, have you ever spoken to your mum about the naked pool experience?
Um, I don't know for sure, but I think, because I think I, you know, I look, I didn't, I felt, I felt bad. I mean, you got to look at it. Like, I don't, you know, I didn't know anything, you know. Like, dude, I'll show you a photo when I was 16, what I looked like, you know, like I don't look 53.
And when I was 16, I didn't look 16, then I looked, you know, 13. This is gross. This is grossing me out. And old me would be boiling right now, but I'm just happy, you know, because I made it.
I'm okay, you know, and in the end, like these are the kind of stories, like, I'm gonna figure out how to write a joke about that. Yeah. And you got to stand up for yourself, you got to stand up for your kids. You got to, you know, and you got to be educated.
You got to know what to do when this is, when this happens, my mum didn't mean it, man. She didn't know any better. And she didn't know how to, I don't even know if she told my dad. And if she told my dad, I think my, maybe I did tell my dad that I fucked her.
And he would have been like, nice, if I had to think, like, think about it, because she was, you know, made a woman and you were 16 and you fucked her. That's cool. You know, and again, I don't think he understands that he would have understood that, you know, the damage that that does to a kid where, you know, like that's, you know, because the damage, in the end, this is, you know, the damage I created from it, you know, I became a womanizer, because that's what I thought women wanted. You know, if you like me, I fuck you.
And that's it. And then I go home and I go, I'm gonna go fuck somebody else. And they're like, wait, what about me? I'm like, what do you mean?
What about you? You got what you wanted? You know, and I hurt people because of it. You know, the damage keeps going.
The darkness, you put the darkness in somebody and then they keep passing it forward. It's fucking gross. But yeah, I think, I do remember, I didn't want to tell my mom how bad the camp was because my dad, my father and my mother were concerned about my mental health. And my mom was like, my naturopath has a thing that's gonna help Jason.
And it was like, my mom was being of service. She was like, look, one of us needs to step up and help Jason. I've got an idea. And it was like, you know, I think my mom was kind of proud of herself for, you know, for having a connection that would help.
And that's what her plan was to help me, you know, she didn't plan on that happening. But yeah, like being an alcoholic, being sexually abused and then taking me to a camp where they gave me alcohol and sexually abused me. That's so insane. Right?
I don't think that that, do you think that could happen now? Yeah. Yeah, I know, right. It's just that I think the difference is, do you think that could happen now and that the consequences for those people would have been way nalier?
Oh, yeah. You know what I mean? Yeah. Because I think people are aware that, wait, wait, somebody's, wait, the naturopath slept with Jay, like Jay's 16.
Wait, wait, they gave him alcohol, like Jason's 16. But the difference is it's like, when I was 16, I drank, I drank around my family. I smoked weight. You know, we're talking about, that's why I used to joke like raised by wolves.
Like I don't, I wasn't even a wolf. It was, I wasn't, you know, my mom wasn't around and that she wanted to be around. But I was living with my dad. My dad was working a lot and he was womanizing a lot.
So like when he worked and then after work, he'd go try to fuck chicks and my step mom was not a fan of me because I was my mom's son and she hated my mom and my mom hated her. So like me being around was like, you know, this bad, this mistake that my father had made and my father told me he didn't want to have kids with my mom. Like I was a mistake. You know, when you know all these things, yeah, it's why would I love me?
You know, look at my paperwork. I'm a fucking mistake and a piece of shit. So is it that hard to do drugs to fuck other people to cheat to lie? That's what you're, that's what you're born to do.
Yeah. Every day is a, is, you know, another day. Nobody thought you'd ever be here. Yeah.
Yeah. It's like holding up. I was going to say, you know, what's kind of crazy to think about when you're asked about, you know, how that would go down today. It's nuts to think that like what really got people to change with this stuff was like the monetary aspect of it.
