Javelina Jundred Recap: Lessons, Stories, Strategies, and Key Takeaways for 2023

from Everyday Ultra · host Joe Corcione

Javelina Jundred this year was wild and I've never learned more in a race than I have ever learned throughout this experience. I raced the 100 miler for my second attempt at this race, for yet another stab at the Golden Ticket. Although I came massively short, I learned a ton. And ended up finishing 15th male, despite battling incredible pain in my quads and a really rough day. In this episode, I share a full, raw, and real recap of the day. I also share my biggest lessons and takeaways throughout the race to help you be a better endurance athlete. And I share about how I've been feeling post-recovery from the race. I know this is a LONG episode, but there was just so much to share here. Thank you so much for listening in to the episode!
