Javier Sverdloff. CEO y co-fundador de Louderband: Músico e ingeniero de sonido. Estudió en la Escuela de Música Popular de Avellaneda la carrera de Instrumentista de Jazz (batería). Entre 1994 y el 2000 tuvo su propio estudio. Luego, trabajó como ingeniero de grabación y Protools de manera independiente para artistas como Abel pintos, Cabezones, Amelita Baltar y Juan Blas Caballero, entre otros.
