Jaxson Carper Eyes Syracuse | Syracuse Orangemen Football News

Jaxson Carper, the dual-threat quarterback from Ventura, CA, is heating up as a top 2028 prospect with over a dozen offers—including Syracuse—highlighting his elite upside. Known for his speed (11.2-second 100m) and stats (1,600+ yards, 15 TDs last season), he’s drawn to Syracuse’s offense that empowers QBs to make plays anywhere on the field. With eight schools in contention including Arizona, UCLA, and Nebraska, Carper, playing under former NFL star Troy Hill, is carefully weighing his options while staying focused on being a game-changer both through the air and on the ground.
