Jay id a veteran and retired firefighter who had his challenge with PTS and self care. Linda is a suicide family survivor after loosing her son to suicide back in 2018. Alex was a police officer, father and loving son. Their journey and how Linda and Jay became the closest of friends is a story you don't want to miss.
