Jay Happy Birthday

Jay called in on his birthday. Birthdays are interesting days, they are life’s mile markers that remind us of the passage of time. When we are born we come into the world alone but then if we are lucky, at some point we find someone special to share our days and moments with. Jay talks about a 5 year relationship that ended… leaving him to think more deeply about it. What had happened? There are still left over feelings and maybe he was the one who pushed them apart. Separation is hard… it tugs at the universe strings that remind us that we are in a world filled with other people but then again we are so alone. After an intense relationship we are left to wrestle and reconcile with the duality of togetherness and alone.
