Jay McDonald: Oral History Interview

This interview is with Jay Mcdonald of EIEIO & Co. Winery. In this interview, Jay speaks about how he got into wine and specifically Oregon, and his initial impressions of Oregon wine. Jay goes on to talk about how his education in wine, when he first knew he wanted to make wine, what he chose to make, his production size, and changed he’s seen to the Oregon wine industry, specifically Carlton, since he first entered. He also touches on the Oregon wine industry in general, what he sees for the future, and words of wisdom to those looking to enter the industry.
