Once you set your mind to something, everything is possible! As a thirteen-year-old holidaying in Fiji with his family, Australian boy Jay Whyte had no idea the tremendous impact he would one day have on the lives of the Fijian people. Jay owns and operates the multi-award-winning Sigatoka River Safari.   What began as a small idea and a deep connection with Fiji, Jay is helping the economies of remote villages and their people whilst giving tourists an unforgettable experience. I recently caught up with Jay who shares the love he has for his adopted country and her people.
