Michigan has tried to self impose a penalty in this case, but the Committee wanted to (remember this Committee in the future) hear the evidence from those involved before giving a final ruling in August. Michigan threw out a penalty of H/C Sherrone Moore would sit out weeks 3 & 4 under Michigan's Plan. The enforcement committee( remember this Committee in the future also) on infractions will probably have more to say on the matter. Playing athletes, back playing older athletes, how the will be divided amongst present and future athletes. Roster limits and people to run college sports.
