They drive her 3 hours away and kept her in a prefabricated cell that eventually evolved into a sprawling system of tents and tunnels in their back yard. Jaycee Lee bore Phillip Garrdio two children as a result of the sexual abuse she suffered and they were raised here for the majority of her incarceration.Garrido was a convicted sex offender and some say that he should have been more closely watched by law enforcement. Jaycee Lee herself has talked about her life on TV and in books trying to explain her situation and disspell some of the myths around cases such as this.
