Jayhawks Stumble in Missouri Rivalry | Missouri Tigers Football News

Kansas Jayhawks’ season nosedived after a crushing home loss to Missouri, 38-21, dashing hopes of replicating their dominant opener against LIU. Fans are furious as it marks the second straight year Coach Lance Leipold loses to Missouri since taking over in 2021 — and this time, it’s at home. Social media erupted with criticism aimed squarely at Leipold, who blamed inconsistent play from starting QB Isaiah Marshall — possibly hampered by an early hit and overhyped expectations. Marshall threw for 168 yards, two TDs, and two INTs. Despite the setback, Leipold believes Marshall will grow from the experience. The Jayhawks now face a crucial bounce-back window before their next game. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
