How do you view failures? Do you see it as a career-damaging catastrophe or as an experience that allows you to learn and therefore move forward? We all know we should use failures to help us grow in the area we’re in, but in order to do that, we need to know how to reframe them. So in this episode, we are chatting to speaker and consultant Jaz Ampaw-Farr on how to reframe our failures in work.
