La capital osonenca està d’enhorabona amb l’arrencada de l’edició 25 del Festival de Jazz de Vic, tot un abanderat del jazz de nova creació. Avui pren protagonisme al nostre quadern central. Recordarem al mestre Ahmad Jamal tot recuperant el Jazzback que li dedicava Karles Torra. També reviurem el 42 Festival Jazz Terrassa a través del concert de la nord-americana Robin McKelle a la Nova jazz Cava i no marxarem del club egarenc que ofereix una extensa paleta de sonoritats aquest mes de maig. Comencem a ritme de calypso amb aquest “The Banana Boat Song” del recentment desaparegut Harry Belafonte. Defensor dels drets civils, cantant, actor i tot un senyor.
