Jazz Singer Zakiya Hooker

With the resurged popularity of blues and jazz, Zakiya Hooker is looking to make her mark. The daughter of blues great Jon Lee Hooker, Zakiya has performed on some of the greatest stages in the world, including Radio City Music Hall, Fillmore Auditorium, The San Francisco Blues Festival and The Monterey Jazz & Blues Festival. She has released her 5th and 6th projects "In The Mood" and the outstanding performance production "Zakiya Hooker Live at the International BluesFest Eutin, Germany". We talk to Hooker about her influences coming into both projects, her new music video, and  performing across the planet.
