JC Agcaoili

JC is a Junior Engineer for the city of San Rafael in California. We talk about his role as a junior engineer and about how mentors have helped him accelerate his learning curve within his role. Having gone to school, living and working in the same general area has helped JC become a beacon light to his friend group in regards to Public Works happenings.
