In sports, the Bucks won last night to advance to the next round of the NBA Cup, the previously undefeated Badgers lost a close one to Michigan last night, week 14 in the NFL starts tomorrow night, MLB commissioner Rob Manfred is talking about a possible "Golden At-Bat" rule, and Tom Brady lost a throwing contest to a high school QB. Incredible story about a missing husband who was found after his wife saw him on a news report, and an absolutely heart-pounding 911 call from a pregnant woman who was stuck in a speeding vehicle with no brakes! ICYMI, Oscar Mayer is looking for people to sing their famous jingle for a shot at free groceries, and Miller High Life is continuing to release "dive bar" items around the holidays…this year it's a perfume that's supposed to smell like a dive bar. Today is "National Cookie Day", so we ran down a list of deals on cookies, and during the Friggin' Sports, we recapped the extremely emotional tribute to Johnny Gaudreau last night at the Flames/Blue Jackets game. We talked about some interesting Christmas movies & music trivia, and in today's edition of "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about an IHop server who was fired allegedly for buying a meal for a homeless man, a guy who decided to attempt to shoplift from a Walmart during a "Shop with a Cop" event, and a couple that tried & failed an at-home circumcision.
