Jean-Michel Tisseur (Microbrasserie Mutoïde)

Throughout this interview we were drinking Microbrasserie Mutoïde's "CULTE". This is one of their 1st brews. To launch they decided to go with a Kellerbier. This German inspired lager was hopped with a bunch of Tettnang Hops. It was malt forward, bready, slightly herbaceous & ultra crushable. It clocked in with a 5.4% ABV.
