He is part of the esteemed Brennan family of New Orleans restaurateurs. He learned the foundations of cooking while working as a line cook at his family’s restaurants and travels to France, New York City, and Mexico.Dickie made a career in his family’s restaurant business, and continued with his own ventures as a restaurateur.
