Tim Macuga, this episode's Cool Friend, and I have been friends since high school, making him the longest friendship I've had with a guest so far. A high school history teacher and animal husbander, he also just happens to be half of one of the most popular shoegaze (I had to look it up because I, myself, am very uncool) bands on the planet, Have a Nice Life.
