John is the Immediate Past Chair of the RPPTL's Probate Law and Procedure Committee, having served in that role for 5 years. He is also a Past Chair of the Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee. In addition, John is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), as well as a frequent lecturer on probate and trust law topics.
