Everyone knows that bourbon has to be aged in barrels for a specific amount of time but did you know you can rapidly increase the aging process by oh, I don't know, putting barrels on a shipping vessel? I didn't know it either but Jefferson's did and they created a series called "ocean" that has revolutionized the bourbon industry. The latest voyage went all over the world but the thing that makes this one unique is it's the first rye Jefferson's has made walk the plank, so to speak.
