Jeffrey S. Simpson: Sin Separates Us From God

from Make Room · host Faith Audio Network

Sometimes, the challenges and trials we face in life can make us feel hopeless and ready to give up, but what part do we play in what happens to us?Too often we blame the enemy for some of our missteps, not realizing that our own sin may contribute to the problems we endure. In this week’s episode of The Faith Based Storyteller Show we sat down with Jeffrey S. Simpson, a man who turned his pain into purpose after embracing repented faith and allowing the Lord to truly cleanse him from sin.  Jeff's life began with hardship, marked by abandonment and followed by decades of challenges throughout his military service in the U.S. Navy. However, it was during these trials that he discovered faith, which became his guiding light, offering solace and redirecting him towards a path of meaningful leadership. His journey led him to a pivotal role at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where he excelled as Principal Staff, leading a Major Program for the Department of the Navy. Concurrently, his spiritual quest deepened through seminary studies, enriching his insights and commitment to service.Retired from Johns Hopkins, Jeff now shares his wisdom, serving as a mentor, teacher, and preacher in his church community. Through his entrepreneurial venture as a Christian Executive Coach and Consultant, he blends his life experiences with assertive leadership skills, passionately advising and empowering others to excel in both their professional and personal lives while aiming to fortify the Kingdom of God with integrity, compassion, and leadership.May the Lord bless you with ears to hear what he has for you in this season of your life. God loves you and so do I! CONNECT WITH JEFF:Website:https://jssimpsonassociates.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jeffrey.s.simpson/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/@jeffrey.s.simpson/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeffrey-s-simpson/LET'S STAY CONNECTED:Follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/micaylarobertson/Join The Faith Audio Network: https://faithaudionetwork.com/Download the FREE S.T.O.R.Y.
