In a landmark legal case, Jeni and several of her alters bravely testified in court, leading to her father’s conviction and a 45-year prison sentence. Refusing to be defined by her trauma, Jeni went on to earn a PhD in criminology and psychology, wrote a powerful memoir (The Girl in the Green Dress), and became a voice for survivors of abuse.
