Jennifer Lovely is an Ontological Coach, Somatic Practitioner, Trauma Coach - Jennifer is a Mom, Grandma, Wife (G-Love) Pilates & yoga practitioner, ran multiple studios, turned coach.

Her first love is deeply connecting with humans, it doesn’t matter, I want to know your story. I love a good story.

Both her boys gave her a good story and at the young ages of 18, 19 they became homeless heroin/meth addicts.

Jennifer could not stop looking, looking at herself, why she was here, wasn’t really here, and what was next?

Her life turned into an addiction of Where is Joe? Where is Jake?

After 16 rehabs/6 jail stints and hundreds of thousands of dollars she found Jennifer.

Therapy, coaches training and many certifications in parts work, transformational breath, ontological training, and more.

Jennifer courageously chose to prioritize herself and today is married, living on Whidbey Island, visiting southern Ca once a month and supporting other women to LOOK.
