Jennifer hails from Regina as I do, but that’s where the similarities end. She’s a Rhodes Scholar, earning her Master and Doctorate in International Relations at Oxford. She co-founded the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict. She was a Special Adviser to Ban Ki-moon – the UN Secretary General – on the Responsibility to Protect.
