Her goal was to improve her mile time from over 6 minutes to under 6 minutes so she wouldn't be benched. After high school, she continued running here and there. In 2019, Jennifer started CrossFit and loves it because of the supportive community and the variety of workouts, and just a few months later she started coaching. Jennifer shares her love of Disney and running, and just completed a 10K in the Disney during the marathon weekend, where she completed a goal of running non-stop, not even stopping for the beloved characters. Jennifer has a personal goal to do a 10-miler race in Disney in April and has multiple competition goals in the next six months, with the main goal being the CrossFit Open which starts in February. And in this episode, Jennifer shares that The CrossFit games will be in Birmingham, Alabama for the next three years!!
