Parents do not want to wait until things get out of control, so why not give them the advantage of helping them with their mindsets, emotions, habits, and things like that?Coaching sessions are not intended to take over parental responsibilities; coaches work in alliance with parents and teens. Using an effective coaching approach requires the coach, teenager, and parents to all be on the same page or have the same mindset.Parents and teens can start having coaching sessions in their teenage years, or a little bit earlier. It will depend on the teen's maturity and whether both the teen and their parents are ready to take the information, do the work, and be open to change. “There's no manual with parenting.
